A wide view of golden wheat fields under a cloudy sky with scattered white clouds.
A young woman with blonde hair sitting on the floor in a cozy living room, leaning on a beige armchair, holding a laptop, and smiling while looking to the side. She is dressed in a light pink blazer and white blouse, with jewelry including a necklace and bracelets. There is a potted plant and a side table with a bowl in the background.

About Us

Credentials

Hey! I’m Kierra - I graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics. By day, I work in aerospace a Product Security Engineer. I’ve always been passionate about using my technical and design skills to help my community.

I’ve worked with everyone - from farming companies and police departments to influencers and local shops - building websites and tools that truly work for them. No matter the size, industry, or background, my goal is to make sure every business has access to the digital support they need to stand out, connect, and grow.

Founding Bloom & Byte

I grew up in Kansas, where I watched so many small businesses - the heart of our communities - struggle or shut down because they couldn’t keep up with the digital world. Even after moving to Los Angeles and Seattle post-college, I noticed the same thing happening in big cities. That stuck with me.

When I first explored the market for web designers in my area, I saw the average rates sitting between $4,000 – $10,000 and I knew firsthand that most small businesses simply couldn’t afford that.

That’s why I started Bloom & Byte: to give small businesses affordable, approachable digital solutions so they can stand out online and actually compete, no matter their size. My goal is to make sure they don’t just survive - they bloom.
